Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are thrilled to offer Teacher & Staff Grants this Fall!

Moving forward, this grant application process will replace the individual PTA donation requests previously used.

Consolidating our funding requests into a single annual process allows the PTA Executive Board to review all requests at once, evaluate the needs, and provide timely updates to all applicants.

Important Dates & Timeline:

Applications Open: October 1st
Applications Close: November 1st
Board Review: Sunday, November 15th
Grant Announcements: Week of November 16th

Approved grant funds will be issued as checks written directly to Jane Ruestmann Elementary, specifically earmarked and categorized for your individual classroom or department.

Please note - that grant availability a in the future (Spring 2026) will 100% be reliant on donations and additional funds received over the next 6 months.
